About the Role
The Operations Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations, supports the front desk and service providers, and maintains the elevated customer experience Blue Willow is known for. This is a leadership-support role with potential to grow into a full Operations Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk Leadership
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Maintain hospitality standards
- Support rebooking and retail performance
- Handle basic customer service issues and communication
Operations & Coordination
- Manage daily appointment flow
- Coordinate schedule changes and provider communication
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and back-bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and brand standards throughout the spa
- Assist with seasonal promotions and in-spa organization
Administrative Support
- Support owner with operational tasks
- Assist with systems, processes, and communication
- Maintain structure, clarity, and organization within the team
Ideal Candidate
- Calm under pressure
- Professional, polished demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask without chaos
- Experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Leadership experience a plus but not required
