Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer, located in Troy, MI. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications, assessing client eligibility, and providing guidance throughout the mortgage process. Daily tasks include evaluating financial documents, consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, securing the most competitive interest rates, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Loan Officer will also maintain relationships with real estate agents, underwriters, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
