Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies for retail and mixed-use properties
- Assist in market research, including analyzing trends, rents, and competitive landscapes
- Prepare lease proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses
- Participate in property tours and client meetings
- Support senior brokers and real estate analysts in transaction management and deal execution
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry professionals
- Participate in business development activities to identify new leasing opportunities
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or related fields
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
