Customer Service & Sales Associate Associate Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales by proactively engaging customers in conversations about current products
• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Process sales transactions
• Provide insightful information about current products to drive sales
• Be efficient and effective in providing service
• Enroll new customer accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans
• Implement and support current promotions
• Engage customers, offering information about products and services
• Serve as an information resource for customers
• Acknowledge customer concerns, providing insightful solutions
• Maintain a working knowledge of systems and equipment

• Superior communication skills
• Work well individually and in a team environment
• Able to multitask, prioritizing tasks for efficiency
• Experience in providing exceptional customer care
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
• Continuously provide quality customer service to internal and external customers/clients
• Must be able to work in Saint Louis Park, MN
