Customer Service Associate - Sales Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a full time Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in Minneapolis. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, and in-depth product knowledge. The primary responsibilities of this position are engaging customers in conversations about products and services, setting up new customer accounts and completing sales transactions.

Customer Service Associate Primary Tasks And Duties

• Serve as primary customer service contact
• Ensure strong customer service standards are met
• Keep an up to date record of customer accounts
• Adhere to established policies and procedures when interacting with each customer
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Assist customers by ensuring they receive insightful responses
• Document any escalations
• Maintain high net promoter scores
• Meet sales projections
• Process sales transactions
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  
  

Customer Service Associate Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer, service or sales experience preferred
• Professional and clear communication skills
• Able to multitask effectively
• Computer proficiency is required
• Timekeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Attention to detail
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
