Account Manager Qualifications:
• Competitive mentality with an innate desire to be at the top of the leaderboard
• Experience operating and excelling in a fast-paced sales environment
• Is an excellent communicator and approachable person
• Prior experience in sales
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Detail-oriented, possess strong critical thinking skills
• Must be local to Minneapolis, MN
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales campaigns
- Daily story pitching to potential customers locally and nationally
- Securing confirmed leads
- Engaging in customer communications; participating in internal and external strategy sessions
- Managing multiple new customer accounts
- Strategically employ pitches and marketing collateral
- Conceptualizing and coordinating sales events
- Hands-on experiential sales building rapport with customers and clients
- Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends
- Develop and maintains an understanding of current products, services, and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities
