Responsibilities :
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding pricescustoms weather conditions reviews etc.
Diagnose theclients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travelpackages or services
Organize travels from beginning toend through booking tickets and accommodation securing rentaltransportation etc.
Supply travelers with pertinentinformation and useful travel / holiday material (guides maps eventprograms etc)
Collect deposits and balances
Usepromotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sellitinerary tour packages
Handle unforeseen problems andcomplaints and determine eligibility for money returns
Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourismtrends
Create and update electronic records ofclients
Maintain relationships with key persons
Keep financial statements anddocuments

Must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates Australia Mexico
Must have a reliable internetconnection computer and / or smartphone
Must be availableto attend live and recorded trainings and meetings
Mustbe selfmotivated have a positive attitude and be willing to learnand adapt
Must be able to work independently but willingto ask for help and guidance when needed
Proficiency inEnglish; knowledge of additional languages is anadvantage
Exemplary sales skills and customercustomeroriented approach
Ability to present persuade and communicateeffectively
Demonstrable ability to handlecrises
