What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Psychologist position at Blue Wave Psychiatry?
Blue Wave Psychiatry is actively seeking to hire a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals in Tampa! We offer a self determined schedule for qualified part time and full time candidates. Our practice consists of a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, three clinical psychologists, and a masters level therapist.
The practice is focused of providing a high quality of care for our patient base. Many of our patients are seeking medication management and ongoing therapy.
The practice has a large amount of high quality referrals. We are looking to add a provider that will see at least 10 patients per week as a part time employee and 25 for full time. Our focus is not on high volume, but on excellent patient care with each session being one hour and patients meeting weekly or every other week.
Clinicians are reimbursed per patient encounter. You are able to supplement your current income with 10-15 patients, or make over six figures by seeing 25-30 patients a week. If you want to make more, there is more business.
At our practice, you are free to practice without being micromanaged, but you will receive a high level of support in a respectful team based atmosphere.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
