We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all occupants.
- Assist with janitorial duties in commercial settings as needed, demonstrating versatility in various cleaning environments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and improve cleaning processes.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and carpet cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
