Blue Water Spa is seeking a passionate and experienced Skin Body Treatment Provider to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for delivering customized facial, skincare, and body treatments while creating an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, patient-focused, and committed to ongoing education in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Perform professional facial treatments, body treatments, and skincare services based on individual patient needs
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare products, treatment recommendations, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages to support patient goals
• Ensure treatment rooms are maintained according to sanitation and safety standards
• Stay current on industry trends, products, protocols, and technologies
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
• Contribute to practice growth through outstanding service, patient retention, and relationship building

• Current North Carolina Esthetician License required
• Previous experience performing professional skincare and body treatments
• Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping patients achieve their goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Sales experience and product recommendation experience preferred
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
