We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Hobe Sound, FL. In this role, you will oversee landscape design and maintenance projects from concept to completion while managing budgets, client relationships, and day-to-day staff operations. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, conduct site visits to monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Strong project management skills including budget oversight, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Experience in landscape design, maintenance, and implementation projects, including knowledge of planting, irrigation systems, and pest control techniques.
- Proficiency in team leadership, employee management, and client communication to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Familiarity with industry certifications and relevant best practices in landscape and property management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under time constraints.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including reporting and using project management software tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant certifications such as Florida Certified Contractor or International Arborist Certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the tri-county area as required.
