INTRODUCTION
Tour Guides lead visitors, individually or in groups, on tours lasting less than a day. They ensure itineraries are met, and customers are entertained while being informed about the locations they are touring. They are also responsible for ensuring the group's safety and for keeping tour groups together. Tour guides are employed by tour companies, resorts, and attractions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally needs to lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Travel is required within the region at 30-50%.
The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times, you may be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete them with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as your normal job duties.
