Residential Service Electrician
Our locally owned and operated company is proud to provide new clients with reliable, quality service while maintaining an authentic rapport with our established regulars. We strive to adhere to the latest codes and safety requirements to ensure the protection of our customers and employees. As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking to hire an experienced Residential Service Electrician to handle service calls in customers' homes.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2 year's experience in residential electrical service work REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues quickly and accurately in occupied homes
- Experience with panel upgrades, circuit repairs, outlet/switch replacement, lighting installation, ceiling fans, and code-compliance repairs
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners – explaining issues, options, and pricing in a clear, professional manner
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics as needed
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication and customer service skills REQUIRED
- Experience with House Call Pro or similar field service software a plus (training provided)
- Willingness to participate in on-call/emergency service rotation for after-hours calls
- Possession of basic hand tools
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and PRESENTABLE for in-home customer visits!
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
