The Division Director of Administrative Services provides leadership and oversight of BWDH’s Administrative Services Division. This position plays a key strategic role in advancing the organization’s mission by managing policy development, quality improvement, contracts, technology systems, and administrative support staff.

Position Overview
The Division Director of Administrative Services provides leadership and oversight of BWDH’s Administrative Services Division. This position plays a key strategic role in advancing the organization’s mission by managing policy development, quality improvement, contracts, technology systems, and administrative support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual strategic planning and corporate policy updates. • Supervise, evaluate, and develop Administrative Support Staff. • Manage contracts, insurance, and employee benefit programs. • Chair the Quality Improvement Committee and lead accreditation efforts. • Oversee information systems and technology platforms. • Support public relations, marketing, and fundraising initiatives. • Collaborate with the Executive Director on organizational development and expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 4 years of management experience, including 2 years in a social services setting. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems. • Valid Michigan Driver’s License required.
