This role is perfect for high school juniors/seniors or college students who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and being part of a fast-paced, energetic team.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a smile and great attitude
- Answer phone calls, take payments, and manage reservations
- Help customers on and off boats safely
- Provide clear instructions on boat operation and local waterways
- Clean and refuel boats to keep them ready for the next adventure
- Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and presentable
- Work as part of a team to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- 1 year of boating experience preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Comfortable using a tablet/iPad and basic operating systems
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, reliable, and ready to hustle when it’s busy
