Do you have a passion for basketball and a desire to help athletes grow and reach their full potential? We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Basketball Trainer to join our team at the Recreation Center!
As a Basketball Trainer, you'll work one-on-one and small groups with athletes (ages 6 and up) to develop fundamental skills, build confidence, and support personal athletic goals. This is a flexible, appointment-based position—perfect for someone with a background in coaching, playing, or training across all levels of basketball.
Qualifications:Requirements:
Background/experience in all levels of basketball and comfortable working with athletes ages 6 years and up.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to create and modify lesson plans to meet the needs of each athlete, enhance player development and lead athletes to their fullest potential.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Must pass background check
Availability of weeknights and weekends, flexible schedule, by appointment only.
