About Us
We are a busy, growing pediatric dental practice focused on providing a positive, supportive experience for children and families. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized front desk team member to join our office.
This is an entry-level position with training provided, but you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with patients throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families; manage check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Explain treatment estimates and collect payments
- Maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule
- Manage emails, faxes, and patient records
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support the clinical and administrative team as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing financial information with patients/parents
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
Preferred: Dental or medical office experience
