Responsibilities
- Safely operate transit vehicles following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide door-to-door transportation for passengers
- Assist riders entering and exiting the vehicle, including those with mobility devices or packages
- Ensure passengers are never left unattended in vehicles
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and communicate with dispatch and supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to assist passengers and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
