We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and operations in Knightdale, NC. This role requires hands-on experience with network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity, along with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Exchange, VOIP systems, and network infrastructure (switches, access points, firewalls).
- Oversee and administer Microsoft environments and system administration tasks.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and protocols are implemented and maintained.
- Manage and support network infrastructure, with preference for experience in Comcast, HP, and SonicWall.
- Administer and maintain CCT surveillance systems.
- Collaborate with and manage relationships with external Managed Service Providers (MSP) to ensure effective IT support and service delivery.
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Serve as a strategic business partner by aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide end-user focused support and training to enhance technology adoption and productivity.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Support and administer NetSuite ERP systems; NetSuite OneWorld experience preferred.
- Experience with WooCommerce, Celigo integrations, and Native WMS systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Proven network experience and understanding of network infrastructure components.
- Technical competence across system administration, Microsoft 365, Exchange, VOIP, and cybersecurity.
- Adaptable to change and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- End-user focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying current with technology trends.
- Cybersecurity expertise to protect company assets and data.
- Experience managing and administering Microsoft environments.
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure including switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Experience with CCT surveillance systems.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- Experience with WooCommerce, Celigo, and Native WMS preferred.
- NetSuite OneWorld experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with a support MSP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT management or related experience.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, cybersecurity, or NetSuite are a plus.
