Blue United Sourcing is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) setting. This leadership opportunity offers a flexible start date and consistent overnight hours in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Assignment Details:
- Part-Time Nights
- 2x8s or 3x8s
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays required if they fall on scheduled shift
- Flexible start date
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Experience in SNF and/or Behavioral Health setting required
- Strong leadership, delegation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support overnight staff
