Key Details:- 3 - 12 hour shifts/week (1900-0730)

- $60–$64/hr, depending on experience
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join the critical care team at a leading hospital facility in Gilbert, AZ. This role is ideal for an experienced critical care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The ICU/CCU RN provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced clinical interventions. You will work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to support patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care to ICU and CCU patients with acute and critical conditions
- Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions
- Operate and manage critical care equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps)
- Assess and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state license)
- Minimum 1–2 years of ICU and/or CCU experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS required (or within designated timeframe)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
