About the OpportunityBlue United Sourcing is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Monica, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PTAs and new graduates who are eager to build their clinical skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life through personalized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide education to patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active or eligible California PTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
