Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, debridement, and dressing management
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to coordinate care plans
- Travel to skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region
- Active APRN and RN licenses
- Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited NP program
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
