Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed
Blue United Sourcing is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to direct the maintenance operations at our client’s manufacturing and distribution facility. Our client has been a global leader in Paints and Coatings for over 150 years.
Description:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the site’s Reliability Excellence Program, maintenance service and repairs for the entire facility including support equipment and all manufacturing, filling, processing, and transfer equipment.
Additionally, you will manage the maintenance employees and foster a team environment through effective and appropriate communication.
We are seeking experienced leaders who have a broad background in engineering, business, and manufacturing in industrial environments.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must have a bachelor's degree or higher OR have at least four (4) years of Maintenance work experience
- Must have at least one (1) year of maintenance experience applying electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
- Have an associate’s degree or higher in Maintenance, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- Have an industrial, electrical, and/or welding certification or license
- Have completed formal training in and/or have at least one (1) year of work experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc.
- Have prior experience managing engineering/maintenance projects in an industrial environment
- Have at least three (3) years of working as a mechanic in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
- Have prior work experience using timekeeping and/or maintenance management systems
