Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the tunnel and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated systems and hand-washing stations
- May perform detailed vehicle cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, waxing, buffing, and interior detailing
- Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles meet cleanliness standards before returning to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Apply custodial techniques to keep the facility organized, sanitized, and inviting for customers and staff
- Assist at the register.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or janitorial or landscaping roles is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a car wash tunnel preferred.
- Familiarity with car wash operations, detailing techniques, or automotive cleaning preferred
- Experience with buffing, polishing, or window tinting is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are advantageous for moving vehicles or equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
