Role Description The Territory Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo or Youngstown OH. This position is responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline within an assigned territory, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and scheduling client meetings. The role involves conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored office technology solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with decision-makers. The Territory Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer support, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking market trends, and representing Blue Technologies at client visits, events, and industry functions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing in a B2B environment.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and follow-up.
- Comfort with technology solutions, including office hardware, managed print, document management, and basic IT concepts.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and digital communication platforms to manage sales activities and reporting.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage a territory, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular client visits within the assigned territory.
- Prior experience in outside sales, technology sales, or office equipment solutions is highly preferred.
