What You'll Be Doing:
Teaching kids how to swim using Big Blue's proven curriculum
Creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment
Delivering WOW customer service to families and teammates
Being a positive, energetic team player in and out of the pool
What We're Looking For:
Passion for working with children
High energy and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and be coached
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Comfort working in the water up to 25 hours/week
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active on your feet
Ability to pass a background check
