Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by managing cooking area sanitation, surface cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks such as trash removal, sweeping walkways, and maintaining outdoor spaces when required.
- Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy items safely during furniture moving or deep cleaning projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters.
- Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely while following proper safety protocols.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites or clients.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
