What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Blue Streak LLC 1?
We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. This role requires hands-on experience in underground utility work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects
- Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
- Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment
- Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and more
- Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid DL (Driver License)
- Experience in underground utility construction
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
