Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Therapist Support Specialist to join Blue Stone Therapy.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive administrative tasks, including answering phones.
- Retrieve information from various records, emails, and related documents, and prepare concise summaries of data when required.
- Oversee and maintain the department's filing system, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collects, reviews, analyzes data, and prepares recurring and specialized reports, charts, and other presentation materials to support operations and clinical services.
- Prepare and maintain department procedures, policies, and other documentation to ensure effective operations and compliance with local, federal, industry, and company standards.
- Provide support to other office administration team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative support or similar role.
- Successful completion of an accredited program for Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant, preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Exceptional collaboration and customer relationship skills. Adapt easily to change in job duties and work environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Net Health experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license to practice in Iowa is preferred.
