- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional performance
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Contribute to the growth and success of a new outpatient therapy program through teamwork and patient-centered service
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
- Strong orthopedic and functional assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Positive attitude and desire to help build a growing outpatient practice
