Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lexington, KY, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and maintaining existing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing sales strategies, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role requires regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and developing customer relationships
- Strong skills in market research, business development, and strategy planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with thermoplastic injection molding processes or industrial manufacturing is a plus
