Job Title: Leadership & Development Coach

Location: Remote (Preferred: Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)

Contract Duration: 10/2025 – 10/2026

Pay Rate: $160–$170/hour

Employment Type: W-2 or 1099

Position Summary

We are looking for a Leadership & Development Coach to support a leadership team undergoing organizational change. The coach will deliver individual and group coaching engagements aligned to the goals of a Salesforce and digital transformation initiative. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching senior leaders during major change efforts and a strong background in leadership development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and team coaching to leaders navigating transformation.
• Assess leadership development needs and design targeted development plans.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that enhance trust, resilience, and agility.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leaders to improve team effectiveness.
• Partner with change leads and HR stakeholders to align coaching with broader change and culture goals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or OD consulting.
• Demonstrated success coaching in environments undergoing enterprise change.
• Experience supporting newly formed leadership teams.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Preferred: Prosci Change Management Certification
• Preferred: ICF certification or equivalent
