Retail Sales Associate

Our office in Olympia, WA is seeking a full-time experienced Retail Sales Associate to be a key member of the team that supports our customers and our retail sales processes. The successful candidate must be a passionate, customer-focused professional with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking!

As a retail professional, your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and serving customers visiting or calling our office

· Assisting in analysis and resolution of customer questions and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.

· Participating in the customer sales process, including the support of sales and marketing campaigns

· Dispensing propane

· Working with the manager and team to schedule customer service requests

· Taking customer payments, including credit card processing

· Assisting with various administrative duties, such as: incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, filing and data entry

· Maintaining and managing the accounts receivable and collections.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

· At least 2 year of office experience in customer service in conjunction with retail sales support or call-center environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills. Use of 10-key is required.

· Ability to learn proprietary software systems quickly & efficiently with training

· Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
