Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and reporting of Blue Star Gas lead generation along with management of the social and digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. This role combines creative content development with data-driven performance marketing to continually understand the effectiveness and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, social media, Google Ads management, email, and web. The role also requires experience with leveraging AI throughout the digital marketing lifecycle. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly analytical, innovative, and experienced in managing lead funnels from acquisition through conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Reporting
· Manage all lead generation processes, including planning/projection, capture, qualification, distribution, and tracking to drive timely follow-up and conversions.
· Partner with Operations teams to align new customer campaign offers with sales teams.
· Develop analytics to continually analyze results, improve marketing response rates and drive down our spending per lead and spending per converted customer.
Leverage AI Opportunities
· Assess and adjust digital marketing processes to leverage AI solutions.
· Provide recommendations and drive changes to streamline and optimize opportunities within the marketing lifecycle with AI solutions.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as needed.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
· Engage with the sales team, division managers, and other stakeholders to generate relevant content.
· Analyze social media performance and optimize content for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Google Ads & Paid Media
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing).
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and optimize landing page performance.
· Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Monitor budgets, bids, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
Strategy & Analytics
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Track and report on KPIs, including traffic, conversions, lead quality, and cost per acquisition.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social insights) to guide decision-making.
Brand & Content Support
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Assist in website updates, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Highly organized, creative, and detail oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
· Understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing funnels.
· Knowledge and experience in using AI strategies.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
