• DEAL BREAKERS: - Must have your own vehicle. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Must be able to lift 30 pounds. - Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform all necessary cleaning duties. - Must read, speak and write English fluently. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Overview: We are seeking a reliable, dependable and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our amazing team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential properties. • Responsibilities: - Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and other living areas. - Change linens and make beds. - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. - Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces. - Assist with dishes, organization, laundry and ironing as needed. - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction. - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.

• Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, but not required. - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of company issued cleaning equipment. - Familiarity with residential cleaning products and supplies. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Custodial experience preferred, but not required. - Housekeeping management preferred, but not required. - Carpet cleaning knowledge preferred, but not required. - Experience in hotel or residential cleaning preferred, but not required. - Floor care knowledge preferred, but not required. - Excellent customer service skills.
