Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator / CMT to support our nursing team and ensure excellent resident care through effective scheduling and staffing coordination.

- Create, maintain, and manage daily and weekly staff schedules
- Ensure adequate staffing levels in compliance with facility and state requirements
- Coordinate with nursing leadership to fill open shifts
- Communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally
- Track attendance, call-offs, and time-off requests
- Assist with staffing reports and agency usage as needed
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in Missouri required
- Active Certified Medication Technician certification in Missouri required
- Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience strongly preferred
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer programs
