JOB DESCRIPTION:
- LPN for Long Term Care unit.
- 13 weeks contract with possibility of extension for another 13 weeks.
- Tentative Start Date 10/19.
- Must be available for PM shifts 2pm-10pm, Every Other Weekend.
- Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week.
- Overtime is available.
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- 1 years of related work experience preferred.
