COMPENSATION: DOE, plus medical benefits (Premera!), dental insurance, limited life & vision insurance, paid holidays, retirement matching contributions up to 3%, paid vacation/sick time, opportunity for bonus at year end, mileage reimbursement.
REQUIRED:
- 5 years of building and remodeling experience
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan specifications.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of residential remodeling
- Organized and efficiency minded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality and professionalism and show excellent time management.
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 80 pounds for 50 feet, climb ladders or crawl for distances up to 50 feet.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, approve a back-ground check.
- Reliable vehicle and tools commensurate with experience (BSC does provide tools as well)
Responsibilities
- Lead renovation and residential carpentry projects from planning to completion, interpreting blueprints and construction plans to guide framing, finish, and fixture installation.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure work progresses on schedule within budget.
- Oversee adherence to safety standards; perform core carpentry tasks using hand and power tools.
- Communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders; mentor junior crew members and ensure consistent workmanship.

Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour
