Responsibilities

- Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
Skills
- Locating and drilling experience, and a current, unrestricted CDL required.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and contract management.
- Excellent supervisory skills to manage field teams effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
This position is essential for ensuring that projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while adhering to all necessary guidelines.
In this position you will be on a directional drilling crew working in MN. Hotels will be paid by the company when traveling, and you will also receive a daily meal per diem.
