As a Residential HVAC Sales Professional at Blue Sky, you will join a team of 10 sales and project management professionals. It is your responsibility to educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression, thereby obtaining sales for HVAC projects and products directly to the end user.
You will be primarily responsible for selling the following:

The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with customers, vendors, co-workers, and others is required.

- Furnaces
- Indoor Air Quality
- Ductless Mini Splits
- Boilers
- Water Heaters & Tankless water heaters
- High performing sales background and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Energetic personality
- Fast learner
- Well organized and ability to work independently, while still being a team player
- Ability to work Evenings and weekend on call rotation
- Valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record
