We are looking for an experienced, motivated Master Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient care, and continuing education.
Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Perform comprehensive skin consultations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment expectations
- Obtain clinical photography
- Complete thorough medical documentation
- Maintain exceptional patient satisfaction
- Provide post-treatment instructions and follow-up
Laser & Energy-Based Treatments
Perform treatments within Virginia Master Esthetician scope of practice under medical supervision, including:
- Hydrafacial
- Laser Hair Removal
- Sciton BBL HEROic
- MOXI
- PicoSure Pro
- Fotona laser treatments
- Matrix RF Microneedling
- Onda Pro face & body contouring
- XERF skin tightening
- Chemical peels
- Medical-grade facials
- Acne treatments
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
Training will be provided.
Marketing & Social Media
We are a highly social media-driven practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking before & after photos
- Participating in educational videos
- Supporting practice marketing events
Qualifications
Required
- Active Virginia Master Esthetician License
- Experience with medical aesthetic lasers
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
- 1 year of medical aesthetics experience
- Experience with Sciton, Cynosure, Lutronic, Candela, Cartessa, or Fotona platforms
