- ML including at least Large Language Models (LLMs) (i.e., AI foundation models) and natural language processing (NLP)
- logic/reasoning (i.e., “knowledge representation and reasoning”) including
- at least knowledge graphs (KGs); and
- preferably, more expressive logic programs (a.k.a. semantic rules)
- AI-based agent communication and interaction
- Preferably, transition -- in the DARPA/DoW sense
