The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all‑source intelligence, targeting, and operational support across the DoW, Intelligence Community, and joint operational environments. This role involves developing actionable intelligence, supporting capability development, and delivering high‑impact analysis to senior decision‑makers.
Key Responsibilities
Intelligence & Targeting
- Conduct all‑source intelligence analysis focused on maritime and subsea domains, including foreign naval capabilities, activities, and infrastructure.
- Develop, refine, and maintain target intelligence packages (TIPs) for operational and strategic requirements.
- Identify intelligence gaps and submit collection requirements, EEIs, and evaluations for reporting.
- Produce timely, high‑quality intelligence products (I&W, threat assessments, targeting support, and technical reports).
- Apply structured analytic techniques and advanced methodologies to create actionable insights for operators and senior leaders.
- Provide direct support to operational planning, including subsea operational activities, special operations, and INDOPACOM‑aligned missions.
- Support real‑time operational intelligence during exercises, contingency operations, and deployments.
- Deliver briefings to senior military leaders, interagency partners, and foreign liaison personnel.
- Maintain and update large‑scale maritime databases and intelligence records. (Resume shows 1,000 records maintained.)
- Manage exceptionally sensitive information, including controlled access programs and SCI compartments. (Reflects their Control Officer experience managing 200 compartments.)
- Provide analytical and technical support to capability development projects.
- Assist with budget planning, program management tasks, and cross‑functional coordination.
- TS/SCI clearance (polygraph preferred).
- 5 years of experience in all‑source intelligence, targeting, or maritime operations.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience supporting DoW, IC, or Joint operational commands at tactical, operational, or strategic levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in maritime or subsea intelligence analysis.
- Experience producing finished intelligence products and presenting briefs to senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of collection management, intelligence gaps, and requirements generation.
- Ability to conduct deep‑dive research, fuse multi‑INT data, and deliver concise, decision‑quality assessments.
- Prior experience with:
- Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)
- Special Operations Forces (SOF) support
- INDOPACOM or SOCPAC missions
- Certification such as CDASA Level I or Joint Targeting certifications.
- Background in maritime activity‑based intelligence or irregular warfare.
- Familiarity with sensitive activities, controlled access programs, or technical program management.
