How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and informational packages for meetings, conferences, and strategic sessions.
- Coordinate schedule management and task tracking; report status on program office assignments to Government leadership.
- Support meeting/VTC logistics including minutes, invitations, attendee tracking, and A/V.
- Plan strategic sessions and offsites; support communications between the program and partner organizations.
- Maintain document repositories and perform technical writing, editing, and documentation review.
- Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience, OR 8 years total in IT project management and administrative support for federal programs.
- Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start).
- Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role 802, IT Project Manager (Intermediate).
- Experience supporting flag/SES-level DoD leadership and executive correspondence.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Proficiency with DoD task management systems (e.g., CATMS/ETMS2) and Microsoft 365.
