The ideal candidate has experience translating technical content into visually compelling and compliant deliverables.This is a Hybrid position, and you must be able to go into the office 2-3 times a week, at the Norfolk, VA location.

Key Responsibilities
- Design infographics supporting safety and operational publications
- Develop layouts for annual reports and newsletters
- Apply federal branding and formatting guidance
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready deliverables
- Maintain organized and editable Adobe source files
- Support Section 508 accessibility compliance in visual products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3 years professional graphic design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating infographics and publication layout
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Experience working with structured technical content
- U.S. Citizen
- Eligible for Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government clients
- Experience producing annual reports
- Experience ensuring accessibility-compliant design
- Familiarity with federal publication standards
