Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing service improvements.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to achieve operational goals.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
