Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team. We are a manufactured home community looking for a staff member to set up homes, pour concrete, and other general maintenance work. Machine Operator for a backhoe and other vehicles and machinery is a plus. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment across our residential properties. Duties
- Must have a valid and clean drivers license
- Applicant is subject to a background check
- machine operator is a plus
- Previous experience in maintenance teams is preferred
- Familiarity with manufactured homes is a plus
- Setting up manufactured homes
- Pouring concrete
- Troubleshoot and repairs
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general building maintenance practices
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulations
Pay: $20.00 per hour
