Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Safety Supervisor based out of Boise, ID, with remote work across surrounding states. The Safety Supervisor will oversee workplace safety programs, ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, conduct safety training sessions, and enforce safety standards. The role also involves assisting in the development and continuous improvement of safety policies and ensuring their implementation across job sites.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety practices and Occupational Health policies
- Experience in Safety Training
- Skills in implementing preventive measures
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and health regulations
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering a culture of safety within our teams
- Oil and gas experience is highly preferred

- Certifications such as OSHA or CSP are highly desirable
- Typical work week is 6/10’s
- Must pass background check
- Must have Valid drivers license
