Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various branch locations as assigned to perform teller duties
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with digital banking inquiries and account maintenance
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to customers and colleagues
- Identify and respond to potential fraud or suspicious activity

- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, indexing, and data entry
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of banking experience
- Cash handling experience
